Please take a moment to read the terms and conditions before booking a service with Belo!
When booking a service or placing an order with Belo, you automatically accept all terms and conditions of Belo.
To maintain the quality of service, please do not book an appointment if you have prior engagements scheduled as I take my time to provide you with quality work. Kindly keep in mind that some styles may take longer based on the density of your hair. Therefore, make reservations accordingly. Braiding is not a process that can be rushed.
We are pleased to welcome you to the salon for your scheduled appointment, along with some accompanying guidelines:
Payment
- To confirm the appointment, 50% of the entire amount must be paid as a deposit within 2 hours.
- Services costing less than €50 require payment of the full amount.
- A payment link will be sent via email for the deposit.
- If payment isn't received within 2 hours, the request will be deleted, allowing other clients to book.
- Successful payment confirms and officially schedules the appointment.
- Reservations require a deposit; no deposit, no placement of reservation.
- The remaining amount is settled at the salon through card/pin or QR code payment before leaving.
- Deposits and payments are non-refundable.
- Only payments to the bank account of Belo are accepted; in-salon payment requests are not accepted.
- Service details cannot be changed after confirmation.
Reschedule appointments
- If you need to reschedule your appointment, kindly do so at least 48 hours in advance.
- The new appointment must be scheduled within 1 month.
- Please note that appointments cannot be cancelled; they can only be rescheduled as per the guidelines provided.
- If you don't reschedule on time then you will NOT be able to reschedule your appointment. The deposits are non-refundable.
Hair requirements
- To book a service for locs or braiding styles, your natural hair must be 6 cm or longer all around your head.
- If your hair is shorter than 6 cm or if the terms and conditions are not followed, your appointment will regrettably be cancelled.
- If you have any bald spots, please send a photo of your hair so that I can assess whether the service can be performed on you.
- We look forward to seeing you with clean and combed hair. That is for the benefit of both you and us for a smoother process.
- On the day of your appointment, it's important that your hair is clean. Services cannot be provided if your hair is not clean.
- If your hair has not been combed out and the process of combing takes longer than 10 minutes, there will be an additional cost of €7.50 on top of the remaining amount.
- Your hair should be slightly blow-dried (do not blow-dry completely bone straight).
- Please come to your appointment with no hair products applied to your hair. If needed, the company products will be used during the service.
We cannot service:
- Those with extremely damaged hair
- Those with thin hair/edges

Those with freshly permed hair. You must wait a minimum of 12 weeks after the perm before booking with Belo.
- Those with a straight cut will not be able to have their hair braided or twisted. Due to the nature of the cut, the ends will not mix well.
The salon
Due to limited capacity, we can only accept you within the salon; no other parties (including children) are permitted.
Please note that you can enter the salon no earlier than 5 minutes before your appointment.
We can wait up to 10 minutes after your appointment. If you are not in the salon within 10 minutes after your appointment and you still wish to be helped, there will be an additional cost of € 15.00 on top of the remaining amount. Otherwise, after 11 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and the deposits are non-refundable.
Hair extensions

We provide our own hair line and exclusively work with our brand's own locs.
- Depending on the chosen service, the price may include the locs.

Available Belo Locs:
- Color Options: 1b, 4, 30, 27, blond, and burgundy/1B
- Standard Length: 36 inches
- The Belo locs can be trimmed to your preferred length at the salon.
- If you prefer, you can also order the Belo locs and do it yourself.
Liability
Our ultimate goal is to keep our customers satisfied.
The hairdresser guarantees that the treatment performed in the hairdressing salon meets the requirements of professional competence. This includes using proper means and materials.
With regard to the treatment performed, it is done with the assumption that the customer is in good physical condition. The conditions of the customer may influence the result of the treatment, or may lead to undesirable side effects for the customer. Therefore, this must be indicated in advance by the customer. This includes medication use, allergies and/or hair loss/radiation.
If the treatment is not as expected by the customer, the customer must inform us during or after the treatment in the salon on the day of the appointment, before departure! If you leave the salon, we assume that you are satisfied. Belo does not accept any liability after leaving our salon.
The customer must offer Belo the opportunity to resolve the complaints, we are obliged to refund the customer in case of dissatisfaction.
Belo does not accept any liability if, contrary to the advice, the customer demands that certain work must go ahead.
